Warranty against factory defects

If you notice that your equipment has a fault due to
factory defect within 12 months after receiving your order, send us your equipment.
The response time is 7 to 15 business days from the arrival of the product at our offices since the equipment will be inspected to validate the manufacturing defect that you mention to us, so

In what cases does the warranty not apply?

The warranty will be voided for the following reasons:

- Items damaged by overvoltage or electrical intensities.

- Defects caused by misuse, negligent use or abusive use of the item (bumps, accidents, incorrect handling, liquid spills, falls, etc.)

- Damage caused by pressure, torsion, exposure to humidity, exposure to extreme temperatures, sudden changes in temperature, corrosion, oxidation and, in general, chemicals or substances that may alter the product.
